Frequently Asked Questions
Our facility has been built to higher than industry standards and our Vault located in the basement is Graded as a Grade X CD EX. Grade X (ten) is the highest certified Vault room, so far as we know, that is used for private safe deposit lockers.
The classification of CD means that the vault room and doors have been scientifically tested against all types of drilling equipment.
The classification of EX means that vault room and doors have been scientifically tested against all types of explosives.
The most significant difference of our facility is that we have designed and constructed our vault room (or strong room) within a strong room. This means our inner strong room is protected by the external strong room.
In addition, the office on the ground floor is fully ant-ballistic and access to the vault is only granted to registered users via biometric access controls including:
- Facial recognition
- Swipe ID Cards
- Finger print recognition
This is protected by multiple alarm systems that are monitored 24 hours a day 365 days a year.
